This course is ideal for anyone with little or no experience in cake decorating,

You will learn to cut,fill and cover an 8" cake  with sugar paste

and finish with a sugar flower and inscription

You will need to bring

 8 Inch Round sponge cake

1lb of buttercream

10 Inch Round  cake board, and box (can be purchased on the day)

1kgWhite Sugar Paste, Available in supermarkets

Palette Knife,

 Rolling Pin

all other equipment will be supplied

if you cannot supply any of the above please let me know before the class

 

To reserve a place full payment is required. This is payable by cash or cheque . Bookings cannot be cancelled and are non-transferable/refundable; but you may send someone in your place
